Reliable tipster Arsène Lupin (@MysteryLupin) recently posted on X (formerly Twitter) that the global variant of the Xiaomi 17 Ultra could come with a premium price tag. The leak suggests that the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage version might cost EUR 1,499 (around ₹1.60 lakh) in select markets.

In comparison, the same model is reportedly priced at CNY 7,499 (about ₹96,000) in China — a considerable difference that could raise some eyebrows among tech buyers.

Design-wise, Xiaomi seems to be sticking with a clean, elegant look. The Xiaomi 17 Ultra global variant is expected to launch in white, black, and green finishes, echoing the Chinese model’s palette — except for the purple shade, which might remain exclusive to China.

One key difference between the global and Chinese versions could be the battery capacity. The China model is reportedly packing a 6,800mAh battery, while the global variant could ship with a 6,000mAh unit.
